Shiitake & Porcini Risotto

The aroma and taste of the boletus and shitake mushrooms, in contrast with the slightly sweet pumpkin and the freshness of the basil, characterise this Risotto, which can be prepared in a few minutes with just the gradual addition of hot water and stirring.

This shiitake and boletus Risotto dish is very tasty and simple to prepare and amazes you with its aroma and creaminess. thanks to the healthy Trevijano dehydration, you can always have a spectacular recipe ready in your larder so as to improvise a healthy and delicious meal when you don’t feel like cooking. You won’t be able to believe that the flavour of this risotto is 100% natural!

Cooking instructions:

Iconos Risottos 01
In a saucepan, heat two tablespoons of olive oil and add the content of the tray. Stir it for 1 min.

Add 7 g of salt (or to taste). If you want, you can also add 50 ml of white wine and let it evaporate.

Add about 750 ml of hot water little by little whilst stirring until it is smooth and “al dente” (at medium heat for about 25 minutes).

Remove from the heat and, if you like, mix it with Parmesan cheese.
*For one person, the amounts are approximately 95 g of rice and 300 ml of water. Remember to shake the tray before to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
